Associate/Analyst, Structure Products & Bonds, Wealth Management Operations Join DBS Bank as an Associate/Analyst in our Wealth Management Operations function. This role supports the processing of equity and structured investment products for our Private and Consumer Banking clients. Business Function Group Technology & Operations (T&O) empowers the bank with efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure, focusing on productivity, quality, technology, and innovation. Principal Responsibilities Support Wealth Management business by providing quality back‑office processing of HK/foreign market equity and structured investment products, notes and bonds services. Investigate and resolve valuation discrepancies and escalation issues when needed. Monitor daily operations to ensure SLA‑compliant quality services, following regulatory requirements. Perform trade checking, life‑cycle events monitoring, and settlement‑related activities. Prioritize processing jobs to optimise operational efficiency. Deliver periodical reports to management and service partners accurately and on schedule. Collaborate with Product Solutions, Risk Managers, accountants, and auditors to ensure mark‑to‑market practices meet accounting standards and company policies. Continuously improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Assist supervisor in training team staff. Adhere to bank policies on information protection, security control, and regulatory compliance; report problems and exceptions promptly. Requirements University graduate. At least 3 years of banking operations experience in processing and settlement of equity and structured investment products, notes, and bonds. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong risk awareness. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with subordinates. Hard‑working and receptive to suggestions. Ownership of results and commitment to personal goals. Knowledge of Private and Consumer banking operations and backend operations of structured investment products, notes and bonds. Proficiency in MS Office. Location Hong Kong – Two Harbour Square.
