AI Product Owner

Reporting to the Director of AI & Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for delivery of GenAI initiatives within digitalisation programme for the organisation. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify organizational opportunities, designing scalable innovative solutions (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, LLMs, agentic AI) to address critical needs. Conduct feasibility studies, requirement analysis, and workflow design to translate business needs into technical specifications. Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technology solutions before full-scale implementation. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality technology solution delivery. Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical frameworks, user guides, and training materials, to enable smooth knowledge transfer. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to the organizations strategy. Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure ROI, user adoption, and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or arelated field. 6+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven innovative environment,preferably in a large-scale enterprise. Proven track record in develop and execute product from POC to implementation. Proven experience on driving innovative technology solutions, preferred but not limited toAI/ML technologies, blockchain etc. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complextechnology concepts into business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with a focus on delivering resultsunder tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
