For more information, please visit our website at Responsibilities Analyze requirements for core insurance business systems and develop technical solutions; Design functionalities for the core insurance business system, implement coding, and perform SIT (System Integration Testing); Handle, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve program defects in the core insurance business system; Manage business requirements, coordinate, track, and report on the processing status of core system requirements; Collaborate with other departments’ technical needs and continuously optimise the core insurance business system. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; Over 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in insurance industry system development; Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as Java or C#, with a solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and common design patterns; Skilled in using relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL), capable of database design, writing SQL queries and stored procedures, and familiar with basic methods of database performance optimisation; Knowledge of basic business processes and major product types in property and health insurance, and familiarity with operational rules for core processes such as underwriting and claims; Strong team collaboration skills, able to work closely with other developers, business analysts, and testers to complete project development tasks; Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express ideas and technical solutions, understand business requirements, and translate them into development tasks.
