How you will make an impact Assist team supervisor in carrying out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc. Handle clients enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them. Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies. Assist the handover/takeover of premises. Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities. Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events. What we are looking for Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines. Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required. Holder of PMP License (T2) is preferred. Minimum 2 years of working experience in management including at least 1 year at supervisory level. Self‑motivated, service‑oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well‑versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
