Job Overview Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned asset management products. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client segmentation to identify opportunities. Collaborate with portfolio managers, research teams, and distribution to align product features with alpha generation and client demand. Product Development & Launch Lead cross-functional teams (PMs, investments, legal, compliance, ops, tech, marketing) to design and launch new funds/products. Develop product specifications: investment mandate, fee structure, risk profile, benchmarks, liquidity terms, etc. Oversee fund structuring and coordinate with legal/structuring teams. Manage regulatory filings and ensure compliance with SEC, FCA, SFC, or other relevant regimes. Performance Monitoring & Product Optimization Track AUM, flows, performance attribution, peer rankings, and client retention. Conduct post-launch reviews and iterate on product features (e.g., share class enhancements, fee rebates, liquidity gates). Manage product rationalization: mergers, liquidations, or rebranding. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio managers, traders, and operations on product-related initiatives. Present product updates and performance to senior leadership, investment committees, and board of directors. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (required). Experience 3+ years in asset management product management and 1+ years in crypto assets management or related role (e.g., portfolio management, strategy, fund operations). Proven track record of launching and managing investment products (equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, or digital assets). Experience with regulatory frameworks and fund domicile structuring. Skills Strong understanding of portfolio construction, risk analytics, and performance measurement. Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership. Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct; Python/Tableau a plus). Exceptional communication and presentation skills (client-facing and internal). Detail-oriented with a strong sense of compliance and risk awareness. Preferred Experience with digital assets, ESG integration, or model portfolio solutions. Prior exposure to fund administration platforms. Knowledge of tokenized funds or blockchain-based investment vehicles (a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
