The role requires deep expertise in China’s equity markets, strong broker relationships, and the ability to optimize execution while minimizing market impact. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of product management experience within asset management industry About your role Oversee the full lifecycle maintenance of fund products, actively participating in product process management. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the establishment and launch of new products, managing detailed workflows for product setup. Monitor the performance of existing products, analyze operational conditions, and facilitate follow‑up maintenance work such as closures, mergers, transitions, and modifications. Conduct market research related to fund products, stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements to support product decision‑making. What you will need to succeed Up to 3 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in the global asset management market. Prior experience in product research or product management is preferred . Master’s degree or higher, with an undergraduate degree from a top‑tier domestic or international university in economics, finance, or a related field. Strong interest in the asset management industry and fund products, coupled with excellent logical thinking and independent problem‑solving skills. Meticulous work ethic and strong attention to detail. Quick learning and adaptability, outstanding communication skills, and a collaborative team player. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Provide real‑time market insights to portfolio managers and research teams.
