Job Description - Manager - Safety Audit & Compliance (Ref: 2500007F)
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk scanning and analyses on internal and external safety data to identify emerging trends and prepare performance dashboards and safety reports for submission to the Executive and the Board.
- Assist in managing the corporate safety governance protocols as the rules of engagement with the business units, subsidiaries and associates.
- Support the corporate safety programmes and governance activities of the Corporate Safety Management Committee.
- Lead and perform corporate safety assurance activities, including safety audits, assurance reviews and advisory reviews, within and outside Hong Kong for the Corporation.
- Provide advice and support on compliance with the Corporation's safety requirements, management of critical hazards and for system safety improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in safety-critical industries.
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional engineering institution is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills with excellent communication and report writing skills.
Remarks
- Occasional business travel is required.
