Manager/VP - BS Analysis & Management

Job Responsibilities Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for enhancing the company’s financial performance, with strong familiarity in TRS, stock, and bond investment businesses. Analyze the Group’s asset and liability allocation and execute tasks assigned by the ALMC. Analyze the balance sheet details of each business department, with a focus on cost-benefit analysis. Manage the duration and returns of the Group’s capital allocation. Monitor and analyze the progress of funding projects across business departments; assess the needs and internal control processes for short-term and medium-to-long term financing. Liaise with internal stakeholders from front to back office to prepare treasury and liquidity reports. Provide guidance to other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s overall ALM strategy. Calculate and maintain records of financing costs and FTP charges. Enhance the company’s FTP calculation mechanism. Coordinate with business lines to develop understanding and forecasting of future cash flows. Job Requirements Job Requirements: A master's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields is preferred; 5 years of experience in management account, ALM and liquidity management, experience of big four is preferred; Honest, rigorous, and conscientious, with excellent business acumen, logical thinking ability, communication skills, and learning ability, and a team spirit; CPA qualification is a must, CFA, FRM, or other professional certificates is preferred.
