Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Devise EHS goals and strategies to meet Company goals. Policy Implementation and Compliance: Deploy and monitor EHS strategies, policies, and guidelines; establish KPIs and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with international standards, statutory requirements, and operational performance objectives. Industry Leadership and Best Practices: Continuously stay abreast of new and best practices to keep the Company at the forefront of the EHS. Hazard Identification and Risk Management: Establish systems for regular workplace inspections and incident investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare EHS performance reports with data analysis and provide recommendations to management. Training and Development: Identify EHS training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate program effectiveness and behavioral change. Advisory and Cultural Improvement: Provide professional EHS guidance and support to departments across the group, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. ESG Reporting: Prepare the ESG report required by the listing rule of the Hong Kong stock Exchange. Certification and Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with certification and regulatory bodies and coordinate across the Group to obtain and maintain the qualified certifications. Ad hoc assignments: Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or above in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related disciplines Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental compliance and occupational health & safety in sizable manufacturing enterprises Familiar with the statutory requirements and international standards in safety, environmental protection, related measurement, and production processes Familiar with standards and audit requirements of ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO14064 or other related systems. Strong leadership and management skills required Sound project management, analytical and problem solving skills. Proactive and tactful in communication Proficiency in computer software, and in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Travel to Vietnam is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
