Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data and market analysis. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience in developing and nurturing high-performing sales teams.
