We are a fast-growing, U.S.-listed automotive technology supplier pioneering innovations in electrification, connectivity, and advanced driver systems. Based in HongKong, the Investor Relations will lead investor engagement and help shape the company’s global capital markets strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and SEC disclosure support. Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media. Deliver consistent, transparent messaging on financial results, technology roadmap, and long-term strategy. Provide market intelligence, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment insights to senior leadership. Coordinate investor events, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance (automotive, technology, or industrial sectors preferred). Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation, and SEC disclosure requirements. Exceptional communication and analytical skills; confident engaging with senior executives and global investors. Existing relationships with buy side is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering; MBA or CFA preferred.
