Position Summary A dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Professional will develop new channels, execute marketing strategies, and drive product launches, supporting the company's rapid growth. Responsibilities Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and develop new channels, aiming to exceed sales targets. Assist in executing the marketing strategy through promotional activities, premium offerings development, and operational logistics oversight. Ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and reach target audiences. Assist in budgeting and project planning to support strategic objectives. Drive end‑to‑end new product development, including market research, packaging design, sales projections, marketing communications, and launch coordination. Identify, develop, and implement event marketing, partnership, and pop‑up opportunities to achieve synergy. Support administrative work, special projects, and other duties to enhance team efficiency. Monitor market trends and competitor movements, reporting and recommending appropriate actions. Assist in handling social media content. Participate in ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in brand, event, or trade marketing within FMCG industry. Knowledge of event organization, marketing promotion; PR or event agency background advantageous. Competency in Client Management, Project Management, and Strategic Marketing. Creative, motivated, fast‑paced individual capable of independent work and teamwork. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build and maintain business partnerships. Flexibility to support events outside office hours. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Chinese typing. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Less experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Marketing Executive role.
