Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD To be responsible for the new District Court at new Caroline Hill Road and NAH in KTDA network implementation project including network planning, design and implementation To provide round the clock first-line and/or second-line technical support for network infrastructure whenever there is problem in network related incident To prepare the requirement specifications for networking hardware and software, network implementation services, cabling services and maintenance renewal To participate in tender evaluation of networking hardware and software, network implementation services, cabling services and maintenance renewal To co-ordinate and collaborate with contractors for operating the Security Operation Centre To handle security alerts / threats and vulnerability and report security incidents on departmental network and Internet-facing network as appropriate To participate in IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) exercises related to departmental network and Internet-facing network To carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements Solid knowledge and good technical skill for server load balancers, equipment of Cisco, H3C, Fortigate and Solarwinds Hand-on experience in Cisco router and switches configuration and technical support Experience in security incident handling and reporting Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese and English Overtime and on-call work is required when necessary Working at the remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) At least 3 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM) At least 3 years' experience in Network Design (NDN) At least 3 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU) At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) At least 3 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH) At least 3 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) At least 3 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN) At least 3 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP) 1 year's experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU) is an advantage Non-technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) At least 3 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) At least 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO) At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) Education & Experience Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity Last Update 24 Nov 2025 Apply To Direct Line #J-18808-Ljbffr
