Digital Ambassador – Wealth and Personal Banking Join HSBC as a Digital Ambassador and help deliver borderless banking and world‑class wealth management to our diverse customer base. You will support clients in adopting HSBC’s Internet Banking and Mobile App, promote digital banking products, and guide them to a fully digital experience. Principal Responsibilities Introduce branch customers to Internet Banking and Mobile App and encourage continued use of digital services. Promote digital banking services and products, driving customer migration to digital channels. Actively identify customers’ banking needs and recommend alternative solutions. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers. Ensure compliance with HSBC Bank policy, Global Standards and internal controls. Provide support across multiple branch locations in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Qualifications Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE (incl. Math, Chinese or English), or equivalent; some customer service or banking experience preferred. Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service. Self‑motivated and adaptable to a service environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a definite advantage. Holder of an insurance or investment licence is preferred but not required. Customer service experience in a mass‑market or walk‑in environment. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
