Overview As a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong region, the investment banking arm of Bank of China, BOC International Holdings Limited ("BOCI"), is now seeking a highly motivated, creative and success‑oriented professional who would like to pursue the career in our group. Responsibilities Proactively develop and maintain relationships with bond issuer clients, including but not limited to those in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and other international markets; Manage the entire process for primary market bond issuances, including marketing, origination, roadshows, execution, and pricing; Provide support for the team's daily operational activities; Contribute to the development of innovative financial products; Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members; Perform other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or above; Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets / Origination, candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered an advantage; Strong client acquisition capabilities and an existing client network/portfolio; Proven track record in executing transactions across various debt products; Experience covering foreign clients and dealing with such clients is a strong advantage; Excellent team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
