Assistant Manager, Personal Loan (Product Development) Assist on the enhancement of existing loan product features, process flow, system and documentation for loan products Assist on system change request and conduct related system testing related to loan products Co‑ordinate and work with internal and external parties on program execution and end‑to‑end product development for new product launch / revamp Conduct post marketing evaluation related to marketing programs, and make recommendations on products / services per evaluation result, market trends and customer’s feedback Prepare training materials for product updates / promotion Arrange payment and purchase order related to all marketing promotion Requirements University degree holder in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines At least 2 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with good knowledge of personal loan products Relevant working experience at business administration is preferred Well‑versed in the basic structures of retail loan products and related procedure & system operations Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer Additional Information This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
