Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP) ▏Inspire Responsibilities Oversee multiple application development teams that provide support for the development and ongoing operation of core banking and branch systems within the Personal Banking Division. Direct the planning and implementation of core banking modernization initiatives. Collaborate with relevant business units to identify their requirements and guide teams in delivering appropriate solutions for digital channels and other banking systems. Manage relationships with vendors associated with core banking systems used in the Personal Banking Division. Serve as the principal information technology representative for core banking systems in the Personal Banking Division. Contribute to aligning the suite of systems with the Bank’s strategic objectives in the information technology sector. Supervise and nurture the career development of assigned resources. Work alongside the Bank’s offshore information technology management team to optimize resource utilization across different areas. Make project-related decisions considering information technology resources, budgets, cost implications, and risk factors, while collaborating with stakeholders. Adhere to all relevant regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards established by regulators and the Bank, executing duties with integrity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field. More than 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years in a managerial role within system development for financial institutions. Comprehensive knowledge of core banking functions, such as CASA, Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Faster Payment, Autopay, Cheque Clearing, Branch Ticketing, i‑Device, etc. Proficient in Z/OS, CICS, COBOL, and DB2. Experience in modernizing mainframe applications is a plus. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Extensive implementation and support experience in system development and multi‑vendor mission‑critical systems. Skilled in leading and motivating team members, collaborating with users, and managing contractors/vendors alongside other external stakeholders. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
