We are looking for qualified candidates to join our teams. AI Engineer We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands‑on experience in building intelligent systems using modern AI frameworks. The role focuses on developing agentic AI applications (e.g., LangChain), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable data workflows to support advanced political and policy analysis. Responsibilities Build and deploy agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and other orchestration tools Develop retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for large‑scale text and data analysis Design and optimize ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data Use SQL and modern data tools to manage, query, and analyze large datasets Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including political scientists, data engineers, and software developers Communicate insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences Requirements Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, LangChain) Practical experience designing agentic AI systems (e.g., multi‑step reasoning agents, tool‑augmented agents) and applying prompt engineering techniques Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector database technologies (e.g., embedding models, chunking, vector DBs) Strong SQL skills and solid data engineering experience, including ETL pipeline development Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment Nice to Have Experience working with political or social science datasets Demonstrated interest in politics, public policy, or civic technology Solid understanding of statistical modeling (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, sampling) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and MLOps practices Data Engineer Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining a Cloud Data Platform consolidating enterprise data for agile BI and advanced analytics, designing and implementing a global data lake and data warehouse platform, and developing scalable data architecture. Responsibilities To implement and maintain a Cloud Data Platform consolidating enterprise data for supporting an agile BI and Advanced Analytics Design and implement a global data lake and data warehouse platform on Cloud enabling BI dashboarding and advanced data analytics to support data driven decision making Develop and maintain a scalable data architecture with standardized global data model and end‑to‑end data integration pipelines for data ingestion and consolidation under the Big Data platform Drive the delivery of BI dashboards and operation reports with modernized visualization tools for improving operational efficiency and governance Define processes and implement solutions to ensure data quality, accuracy and security of enterprise data being available for BI stakeholders and other applications Define and execute the master data management strategy and model for ensuring master data quality and standardization Evaluate latest data /BI technologies for delivering data solutions aligning with the data strategy to meet business objectives Candidate with less experience will be considered as Data Engineer Requirements University degree in Computer Science or related discipline in data management 1+ year of relevant experience in data engineering, data lake and data warehouse on Cloud (AWS/Azure) Solid experience in SQL and No‑SQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB and AWS Redshift) Solid experience in building end‑to‑end data pipelines for data ingestion and orchestration Solid experience in data modelling for globally scaled data warehouses and data lakes Experience in Tableau reporting and dashboarding (must) Hands‑on experience in building AI/ML models in data science (plus) Experience with agile software development methodologies (preferred) Proficiency in ETL and data streaming technologies on Cloud (e.g. Kinesis Data Streams, Kafka) (preferred) Proficiency in Python (must) Experience in R and Scala (advantage) Excellent communication skill; ability to explain complex issues to business and technology leaders Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Process oriented with good documentation skills Self‑motivated with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities Critical and creative thinker, team player, strong analytical and consultative skill Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments Excellent English and Chinese written communication skills and fluent in oral Cantonese, English and Mandarin Blockchain Developer Responsibilities Contribute to technology design and architecture Develop back‑end software, smart contracts, and test code for product prototypes Assist in the preparation of software documentation Work collaboratively with other teams, including business leadership, product and technical teams Requirements Significant experience in the blockchain domain, particularly with EVM development tools, such as Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, Remix Familiarity with auditing Solidity contracts, with testing tools (such as Foundry), and with best practices to avoid common pitfalls and exploits An ability to work on a task reasonably autonomously once sufficient guidance has been provided Have some knowledge of the finance ecosystem, including DeFi and traditional finance (advantage) Have experience with optimizing systems for low blockchain gas usage (advantage) Software Engineer (FinTech) Responsibilities Responsible for development of different FinTech initiatives, such as trade finance, digital currency and cross‑border DLT connectivity Gather, analyse, document and validate the needs of business stakeholders Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing FinTech projects Assist in managing scope, progress, cost, resources and stakeholders’ expectations to deliver the project within timeline and budget Assist in vendor management in order to meet targeted project timeline Assist in providing project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends Collaborate closely with all the other teammates and committed to achieve the overall targets of the team Requirements University education with over 3 years’ experience Familiar with Agile development methodologies Enthusiastic on learning new technology Proficient in web‑based API and Fintech development Sound knowledge of Design Patterns and Domain Driven Design (DDD) will be a plus Good oral and written communication skills Good technical writing skill Knowledge of trade finance is preferable Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist - Fintech #J-18808-Ljbffr
