Construction Manager

We are a company holding construction business. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are inviting high caliber personnel to fill the following position. Job Duties Site Operation Management, act as site representative of the company on execution of civil engineering and foundation projects; Set performance goals and deadlines, monitor and report on project progress, and plan construction processes; Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate techniques related to selective construction process; Quality Control, Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan; Resource & Supplier Management, collaborating with engineers, sub-contractors and so on, determining project needs; Establish, develop, monitor and maintain programme, resources allocation and environmental issues in accordance with company's requirements; Planning, implementing and monitoring site daily performance; Sub-contractor Management, monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects; Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts related to the projects; Safety & Contractual Compliance; enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measures. Requirements Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction projects; Eligible to TCP-T1, TCP-T2, TCP-T3 requirement of Buildings Department; Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate (42/43 hours) is a must; With Safety Training Course Certificate for Site Management Staff; Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills; Independent, mature and good problem-solving skills; Good command of both written and spoken Chinese; Immediately available is highly preferred.
