Responsibilities Reporting to the Concierge Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing professional concierge and security services of the highest quality to the residents of a luxury residential property in Mid-Levels. Other duties include liaising with relevant parties and departments, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, handling inquiries and complaints, preparing regular reports and data as required. Requirements Diploma or above Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or property management industry; experience in clubhouse management an advantage Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
