Users can input different milestones to monitor the progress of their cases. Alerts, reminders, and reports are generated for users to keep track of case progress. Complaints Management Information System (CMIS 2) The CMIS 2 is a web-based application which is used for handling and management of complaint cases. Workflow, record keeping, case assignment and approval, alerts, reports, and mobile functions are provided. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD; Design and develop a new web application system for handling water seepage complaint case; Design and develop system interfaces with CMIS2, Government Laboratory, other department’s water seepage investigation system and the department’s User Portal; Have some experience in web application development with Java and PrimeFaces; Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical designs, ensuring feasibility and adherence to best practices; Develop system test plan and load test plan; Develop, maintain and update project document; and Perform any duties assigned Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Working hours: Normal office hours Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR Language required: Cantonese and English On call duty: Not required Technical Skills At least 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); At least 1 year's experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF); At least 1 year's experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); 2 years' experience in Red Hat Advanced Server (RHS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
