Responsibilities Based on company strategy and development needs, participate in business expansion planning and independently formulate a practical business expansion strategy, targets, and action plans; identify suitable collaboration resources to achieve strategic objectives. Understand overseas and Hong Kong local customers’ needs, integrate product technology and service resources to deliver customer solutions; manage the full cycle from needs discovery, development, negotiation, contracting to signing. Propose terms for business cooperation, coordinate internal discussions, negotiate and implement partnerships; collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure project execution and delivery with partners. Develop and execute marketing and sales enablement activities, including website building, branding, corporate communications, public relations, and partner recruitment links; manage official accounts and multimedia campaigns; coordinate events, exhibitions, high‑profile forums, and related marketing collateral. Drive end‑to‑end brand promotion and market operations—from lead generation to cash realization—with clear processes to ensure smooth marketing operations and achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Diploma or above in Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields; 2+ years in B2B software sales or channel development; experience in finance or healthcare sectors preferred. Deep understanding of overseas and Hong Kong markets, strong market insight and analysis skills; familiarity with local industry characteristics and channel ecosystems; local business services or software sales networks preferred. Proven ability to independently develop new customers, public relations, negotiation, and event/plan execution capabilities. Willingness to travel; strong resilience under pressure; proactive, with teamwork spirit and innovation mindset. Benefits Annual training budget and career development opportunities.
