The business has substantial financial backing and is growing its footprint through organic growth and acquisition. The Role This is a senior role within the team structure, and you will be responsible for identifying a portfolio of quality renewable energy sites across the South of England and parts of the Midlands with good planning prospects. To prepare the initial development concept, approach landowners and use internal and external resources to take projects successfully through to key stage B review. You will negotiate contracts on behalf of the business with final approvals made at Board level. You will also inherit a pipeline of identified sites that have already passed key review stage A. The Person We are looking for a well connected and experienced Land Development Manager interested in the renewable energy sector. You will possess a minimum of 5 years site finding experience, which might have been in allied sectors such as civil infrastructure, housing development, commercial property development, or even within retail, food and leisure complex development. You will possess a high standard of education and be RICS or RTPI qualified. You will be a skilled relationship builder and negotiator.
