Head of Strategy and Insights (relocation to Qatar) Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Strategy and Insights to elevate their onboard experience by leading a high-performing team across strategy, insights, research and PMO functions. Based in Doha, this strategic role suits individuals with consulting or advisory experience—especially those who’ve led projects across diverse consumer markets, luxury brands, or premium travel sectors. You’ll influence product innovation from concept through to implementation, ensuring each initiative reflects deep consumer insight, market understanding and commercial viability. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and lead the long-term inflight product and customer experience strategy, incorporating market trends, luxury consumer behaviours and global benchmarks. Drive end-to-end strategic product development—from initial insight and concept creation through to implementation and execution. Deliver data-driven recommendations to support product roadmaps, investment prioritisation and resource planning. Oversee the generation and application of market intelligence, consumer research and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy. Create strategic evaluation frameworks for prioritising initiatives based on impact, feasibility and brand alignment. Ensure divisional OKRs and KPIs are strategically aligned with corporate objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes. Build scalable processes for customer experience and product innovation, fostering accountability across functions. Monitor and report progress on product roadmaps and strategic initiatives through structured governance and risk management processes. Design and maintain dashboards to track performance against KPIs and strategic goals. Lead operational reviews and steer executive-level engagement through structured reporting and strategic evaluations. Build and mentor a high-performing team across strategy, insights and program delivery, promoting a culture of ownership and excellence. Continuously scan global trends in luxury, consumer behaviour, travel and technology to inform strategy evolution. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic roles within consulting, advisory, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. Proven ability to drive innovation and transformation across diverse markets and customer profiles. Experience leading end-to-end product or customer experience development—ideally in luxury or premium environments. Exceptional communication skills, able to influence C-suite stakeholders using structured, data-driven arguments. Strong track record of collaboration across departments and cultures to deliver aligned, high-impact results. Commercially astute with experience in P&L ownership, cost-benefit analysis, and business case creation. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and make clear decisions with limited data. Preferred: background in luxury customer segmentation, global consumer insight, or premium service delivery. Preferred: experience in portfolio management, roadmap execution, and strategic program delivery. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Qatar. Interested?
