Nomura's Investment Banking team specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital markets, and restructuring and financing, with a strong track record of success and exceptional service to clients across industries. Responsibilities Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals; Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations; Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.; Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis; Support client relationship management. Requirements Minimum of 3 year of Investment Banking experience. Minimum 3 year of track record in M&A transactions within Hong Kong & China; Minimum 2 year of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services.
