Senior Account Manager(Employees Benefit)

Responsibilities Provide professional broking service to an assigned portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts on Employees’ Benefit programs, including life insurance, medical insurance, checkup and dental schemes, and related insurance policies. Retain and grow the Employees' Benefits business. Provide customer service in policy administration and handle daily customer enquiries on Employees’ Benefit insurance programs. Negotiate, implement, place and administer client insurance programs. Contribute to relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business. Assist the team to achieve the production budget on Employees’ Benefits business. Conduct presentations, meetings and conferences with clients and underwriters. Provide insurance proposals and reports to clients. Provide technical guidance to members of the team. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Less experience may be considered for the Account Manager or Senior Account Executive role. Requirements Diploma or above, preferably in Insurance or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in an Employees’ Benefit Program at a broking firm or insurance company. Familiarity with Employees Benefit Program design and implementation. Strong analytical skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, independent and customer‑oriented. Sound presentation and negotiation skills. Good communication skills with proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese.
