Senior/ UX/UI Designer / Product Owner (Insurance CX Project) A leading global digital consultancy is launching a major transformation initiative with top insurance and financial clients. We are looking for Senior/UX/UI Designers and Product Owners to help shape customer journeys, improve digital experiences, and build intuitive products across web and mobile platforms. This team will play a key role in defining user flows, creating modern interfaces, and guiding product decisions for a large-scale, multi-market rollout. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and strategy teams to drive customer-centric innovation. Hiring: 5 Positions Key Responsibilities For UX/UI Designers Design end-to-end user experiences for insurance and financial products, including journey mapping, wireframes, UI systems, and prototypes. Develop clean, modern, and accessible interfaces aligned with brand and functional requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioural analysis to validate concepts. Work closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into pixel-perfect designs. Maintain design systems and ensure consistent UX patterns across platforms. Candidates must provide a design portfolio (PDF or website link) with their application. For Product Owners Own the product vision and roadmap for digital insurance/finance journeys. Work with cross-functional teams to define customer flows, business logic, and feature requirements. Translate user needs and business priorities into actionable product specifications. Lead backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and day‑to‑day product delivery. Ensure a seamless user experience that improves conversion, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design or digital product ownership. Prior experience in insurance, fintech, banking, or financial services is highly preferred. Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) or agile product tools (Jira, Confluence). Strong understanding of user psychology, UX best practices, and responsive interface design. Ability to work closely with engineers, business teams, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of handling multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced consulting environment. Passion for creating user‑centric digital experiences.
