We are seeking a high-quality live-in house Butler to manage daily household affairs and ensure smooth family operations. The ideal candidate should possess good cooking skills and be able to assist in arranging family matters, caring for family members, and managing other household staff. Key Responsibilities Cooking: Proficient cooking skills to prepare healthy and delicious meals according to family members’ needs and preferences, including expertise in Chinese cuisine. Household Management: Manage various household matters to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Family Care: Attend to the daily needs of the wife and 2 children, ensuring their comfort and safety. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of other household staff, including 2 domestic helpers and drivers. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and hygienic household environment, maintaining high standards of house upkeep. Responsibility and Punctuality: Possess a strong sense of responsibility and time management, completing tasks in a timely manner. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with family members and other staff. Qualifications Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end household management. Strong command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
