Our client is a well-established Public Utility company; they are urgently looking for Systems Integration professional to take up the new role. Job Duties Support the end-to-end technical design, build and test of system integration solutions for the Oracle ERP project Liaise with counterparts to document end-to-end system processes and integration solutions Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Work closely with support teams including 3rd party vendors to understand the details of interface functional & technical issues, ensure efficient resolution activities and provide quality assurance Analyse end-to-end system processing issues, identify root causes and work with systems SMEs to propose solutions Report progress on technical resolution of integration issues Participate in test planning, preparation & execution activities as required Apply quality assurance procedures during troubleshooting to review and ensure the quality of project design and test deliverables Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant practical experience in large scale enterprise systems integration projects, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level At least 3 years enterprise systems integration in relevant business domains including financial accounting, project management and engineering Deep experience in architecture design and hands-on development using various common integration technologies and standards including API-based (RESTful, AsynchAPI) and file-based integration methods (FTP, SFTP, CSV, JSON) and associated implementation & governance considerations. Experience working with enterprise integration hubs such as MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica or similar. Proficient in integration testing tools and methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to review, validate and troubleshoot technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative solutions Highly motivated team-player with the ability to work independently Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese #J-18808-Ljbffr
