Main Responsibilities Within the Organization / New Products and New Activities team of the Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking division (NPNA and Organization), reporting to the APAC Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer, the role consists in supporting the bank’s transformation efforts on 2 different sub-scopes : Organization : lead the bank’s transversal transformations and strategic projects across the APAC platform New product and new activities : lead the banks’ new product and new activity process across Natixis’ global platforms (Americas / EMEA / APAC). This activity is a pillar of business growth and development in the region Job Description : Organization Lead high-visibility transformation projects and programs across the APAC platform (HK, Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, …), under the direct supervision of the head of the Organization and APAC Corporate & Investment Banking Executive Committee, and in cooperation with the heads of support functions (APAC C-suite level : Operations, Risk, Finance, etc.) Support the APAC strategy definition and implementation, through participation in strategic studies, and participation in the Budget exercise Contribute to the Bank’s innovation strategy, through the definition of innovative digital solutions and their implementation Participate in the team’s reporting efforts, as the role will involve frequent reporting to the APAC Executive Committee New Products / New Activities : Support the Bank’s growth strategy through the development of new products and new activities across Natixis’ global platforms (Americas / EMEA / APAC), under the supervision of the Bank’s heads of business lines (Global Markets, Structured Finance, Strategic Sectors, and Distribution, Investment Banking, Trade, and Treasury Services), in cooperation with the Business Management department Conduct the review of the approval process of new products and new activities with the Bank’s support functions, and present the results to APAC and Global Senior Management Required Skills : Strong level of autonomy, self-starter and pro‑active Proven end‑to‑end Project Management experience, including the ability to address senior stakeholders and framing of strategic initiatives Knowledge of new product / activity processes in Financial Institutions Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking products (in particular Capital Market products & activities), knowledge of the regulatory environment an asset Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills to ensure good relations with Front Office and Support Functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with the ability to comfortably conduct presentations towards large groups Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and demanding stakeholders, and ability to prioritize Demonstrated capability for problem‑solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness High commitment and rigor Ability to work in a matrix organization Team player Specific Skills : Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines, or equivalent international degree 10 years experience in a Project Management / new product / activity role in an international Corporate and Investment Bank, or equivalent Strategy Consulting and / or Business Consulting experience (project management certification an asset) Fluent in English; French and / or Asian languages (Mandarin and Cantonese) an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
