  • Main market: Europe
  • We are looking for ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER - with details as follows:

THE JOB:

  • 1+ year work experience in trading/manufacturing/sourcing office/buying offices, or equivalent
  • An advantage if experience in order processing/merchandising/sales coordination or related
  • Proficient in Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Interest or experience in fashion jewellery
  • Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Report to Merchandising Manager
  • Perform daily support to Merchandising team
  • Maintain and update customer database and filing
  • Print out marketing materials to distribute to customers
  • Participate in handling clients orders and monitor production process
  • Prepare invoices, quotations and other related documents
  • Prepare spreadsheet of client orders independently
  • Monitor production progress to ensure on time delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with internal shipping staff
  • No trips are required
  • Friendly work culture
