Responsibilities Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as overall construction program requirements of the project; Manage the site project team to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements, approved method statement, work progress, safety, environmental, quality and contractual issues; Propose budget requirements for the works; Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors; and Ad-hoc duties wherever required. Requirements Degree holder in Civil discipline or equivalent; At least 8 years of project management experiences in Foundation / ELS projects; Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill; and Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Agent / Assistant Project Manager Working location: Construction site within Hong Kong Benefits Public Holidays Annual Leave: 14 working days per year Group Medical Scheme with Dental Benefits Discretionary Bonus Birthday Leave 2 ex-gratia Saturday-off per month We offer excellent career prospect and competitive package to the right candidates.
