You will have the opportunity to work with our team of highly motivated and experienced intellectual property lawyers. As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of lawyers with extensive industry experience, helping clients solve complex legal issues with a practical business perspective. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling a wide range of IP litigation work in all areas of IP including trademark, passing off, copyright, patent, trade secrets, advisory and contentious data privacy, entertainment and media, advertising matters for well-known and diverse local and international client base. Requirements A Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of Hong Kong IP litigation experience (preferably trained from an IP firm). Candidates with other types of Hong Kong litigation experience, or of less PQE with proven track record in handling and managing Hong Kong IP litigation work independently may also be considered. Excellent level of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin). A motivated, proactive individual who is willing to learn, contribute as a team player, and has good interpersonal skills, management skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships.
