Multi-Sports Coach (Part-time, Hourly) ESF Explore seeks enthusiastic and experienced Multi‑Sports Coaches to join our team on a part‑time, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children aged 3 to 10 and a solid background in coaching various sports. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver age‑appropriate multi‑sport sessions. Assess children’s abilities, adapt activities as necessary, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development. Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe environment that promotes participation and teamwork. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress of their children. Ensure that all equipment is safe and well‑maintained. Requirements Hold a valid Level 1 Coach Accreditation from a recognised Sports National Governing Body. Demonstrated experience in coaching young children. Strong knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate coaching techniques. Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes Patient, energetic, and approachable. Passionate about sports and physical education. Flexible to work after school, on weekends, and during seasonal holidays. Proficient in written and spoken English.
