Our client, an Electronics Advice company, is now seeking a candidate for the position below: Post: Shipping Co / Logistics Co Duties Handle full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documentation and all related issues. Liaise with factories, suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies for shipment planning and ensure on‑time delivery. Manage and monitor the shipment schedules and arrange inspections (if any). Close communication with internal departments for shipment planning and arranging payment. Check the freight rate for prepaid shipments with various shipping companies. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to follow up on orders. Update and maintain accurate order status in the system. Prepare the full set of shipping documents in the SAP system. Handle customer inquiries. Assist in implementing and enhancing shipping practices and procedures to achieve a smooth work cycle. Perform L/C opening, checking, and approval with suppliers/vendors/banks. Management tasks and reporting to management. Support ad hoc assignments from management. What we're looking for Tertiary educated in Logistics, Business Management, or related discipline. At least 3–5 years of working experience in logistics/shipping operations. Experience in handling and well‑versed with the full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documents. Proficiency in PC skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Good command of written and spoken English. Strong sense of responsibility, can work independently and under pressure. Detail‑minded, highly self‑motivated, committed, and a good team player. Energetic, proactive with a positive mindset. Well organized and multitasking. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
