Officer / Senior Officer, Special Assets Management (Contract) Provide support to team head on collection and administrative issues relating to problem accounts. Handle problem accounts enquiries from customers. Handle referral case from Customer Services. Being a mentor for Special Asset Representative. Follow up with external parties such as towing agency, debt collection agency and/or law firm. Handles and investigates complaints from customers and/or regulatory bodies. Requirements Higher Diploma / DSE / HKCEE graduateor above. Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in collection field. Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS applications especially in Excel and Chinese word-processing. Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.
