We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth and Personal Banking Executive. Principal Responsibilities Provide quality services and resolve top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from innovative technology and solutions. Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions. Achieve individual performance expectations and develop your career with a clear progression path. Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from peers and managers, and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies. Qualifications A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English. Banking experience is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided to help progress in your career and gain professional licensing qualifications. Candidate with customer service experience is preferred. License holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1,2,3 is preferred. The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
