Conduct 24 hours monitoring Applications Status and Network Connectivity to ensure customer network services in proper operations (Shift duty is required) Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Monitor and maintain service quality in accordance to Service Level Agreement Perform regular routine health checks and customer drill tests About You Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must. DSE graduates are also welcome. Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good customer service and interpersonal skills Self motivated, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure and must be on shift roster.
