Job Location: Hong Kong Company Overview Taikang Asset (HK) Co. Ltd. It is part of the Taikang Insurance Group, one of China’s largest insurance and financial services institutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into business workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and operational readiness. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate business users on AI technologies, tools, and their practical applications, fostering AI adoption across the organization. Utilize vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to facilitate efficient information retrieval for conversational AI and RAG systems. Build and optimize AI agents using prompt engineering and RAG techniques to automate repetitive analysis tasks and enable multi‑turn conversational capabilities. Lead end‑to‑end AI project lifecycles, from data preparation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. Transform AI models into production‑grade APIs and microservices for seamless integration with existing applications, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards. Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI to propose innovative solutions that drive business value and solve real‑world challenges. Requirements Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face Transformers). Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMs. Familiarity with relational, vector and NoSQL databases; proficiency in SQL and database management for data extraction. Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic Frameworks. Understanding of Java, Spring Boot and MySQL. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a detail‑oriented approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
