Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency technical support calls. Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other related security equipment. Diagnose, repair, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to restore system functionality. Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities including fault reports, repairs, and parts usage. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth service handover after system installation. Comply with company safety protocols and quality standards during all service operations. Qualifications And Skills Valid Security Personnel Permit is mandatory. Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Technology, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in after-sales service or technical support for CCTV, access control, and security alarm systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with hands‑on experience in CCTV cameras, video surveillance, network systems, and access control programming. Basic understanding of networking, structured cabling, and security system integration is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and initiative. Immediately Available Preferred.
