About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Media Sales Manager at Spafax , managing the media portfolio of a prestigious airline client. In this role, you’ll creatively sell a range of premium media and creative services across multiple platforms - from entertainment to cutting-edge digital channels - connecting global brands with millions of customers. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to expert for selling the prestigious client’s premium media assets and Spafax’s creative services, including and not limited to: E-commerce Media : Dedicated EDMs, display retargeting, digital banners, and event sponsorships. Sponsored Content : Video series for entertainment, travel inspiration platforms, and more. Digital Innovations : Wi‑Fi banners, destination content hubs, and other cutting‑edge digital assets. Creative Services : Brand videos, product photography, and design for print and digital campaigns. Inflight Entertainment System Media : TVC and billboard branding campaigns Your mission: Drive revenue growth by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting (or exceeding) monthly and annual sales targets. What We’re Looking For We want a confident, resourceful sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Ideally, you have: Industry Network: Existing contacts or potential clients in relevant sectors. Sales Experience: Proven track record in media sales (broadcast, digital, or similar). Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Cantonese (multilingual a plus). Market Insight: Strong understanding of media trends and competitive landscape. New Business Drive: Ability to identify opportunities, pitch effectively, and close deals. Presentation Skills: Confident communicator who can engage audiences and think on your feet. Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects, plan, and deliver on deadlines. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
