Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced talent to lead the Ancillary Business for HK Express. The successful candidate will lead the ancillary business team to drive ancillary revenue growth. Responsibilities Ancillary portfolio development: Develop overall ancillary strategy to boost revenue; accountable for global ancillary revenue and profitability targets; responsible for contracts liaison and management of vendors; develop, optimize and manage a wide range of ancillary products (booking, servicing, cross-selling, airport products, cargo and advertising solutions); develop ancillary business insights and produce performance reports. E-Commerce: Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement high-quality ancillary products and manage ongoing promotional campaigns; facilitate implementation of newly deployed ancillary products on existing platform and produce test runs to ensure consistency and accuracy. Personalisation and CRM: Capture and study market and customer data; work with marketing to attract targeted customers; enhance CRM and initiate high-yield products with enhancement plans based on performance data analysis. Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Present to senior management on performance and new initiatives; promote inflight sales and enhance the sales culture among cabin crew; communicate with Network Planning, Pricing and Revenue Management on new destinations and upcoming promotions to deliver appropriate merchandise. Qualifications Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the airline industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role Prior working experience in a low-cost carrier is preferred Fluent English.
