Role Overview Our Card Issuance API enables businesses to create and manage scalable card programs. We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager who will play a critical role in defining and launching key API features and client‑facing interfaces that empower our clients to successfully launch and operate their card programs from day one. What you’ll do Lead the Client Program Operations roadmap for the Card Issuance API , developing features to streamline monitoring, transactions, billing, and financial operations. Design scalable, reliable API and client‑facing interfaces tailored to client operational needs for efficient card program management. Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Billing, Logistics, Growth) to align and prioritise features with business needs. Improve developer experience by ensuring clarity, intuitive API design, developer‑friendly tools, and robust documentation. Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions. Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across teams. What we’re looking for 5+ years experience building API products and user interfaces that optimise business operations and workflows. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to product development. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Passion for building scalable and well‑documented APIs that developers love. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment. Huge Bonus: Experience building and maintaining Card Issuance platform products with strong understanding of card schemes.
