Your Role & Responsibilities Advising C-suite executives on transformative technology initiatives that don’t just “assist” – they generate significant, measurable business results Architecting real-world solutions using cutting‑edge tech – AI, blockchain, cloud computing – to drive tangible outcomes Transforming data into strategic insights to optimise system efficiency and drive future innovation Diving hands‑first into building and troubleshooting core systems our clients rely on to keep their digital operations running smoothly Developing the next generation of technology best practices and guidelines to shape future industry standards Accelerating your growth through dynamic training and knowledge sharing sessions to stay ahead of the tech curve Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement that pushes the entire team – and our clients – forward Who We Are Looking For The Essentials Final year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or above Ideally majoring in Business, Computer science, Computer engineering, Information systems management, or equivalent disciplines – we also welcome STEM majors or other business degree graduates with a strong passion for technology and a self‑taught technical aptitude Solid understanding of basic technology concepts, where familiarity with IT support processes and methodologies is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for The “Consultant Mindset” Tech‑Savvy Storyteller: You can analyse complex technical problems and explain the business impact to non‑technical management.
