Role Purpose As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities via our Watson's Water Solution (Beverage Centre & Filtering System). Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in coffee machine, filtering system, and other products to customers. Expand customer relationships from our existing Carboy customer base and develop new customers via Watson’s Water Solution. Prepare and present Beverage Centre / Filter solution proposals to customers. Work closely with the technical team to monitor daily operations of customers’ machines/filters. Participate in site inspection, testing and commissioning for coffee machines and water filter dispensers. Follow up customer enquiries and aftersales technical support. Perform ad‑hoc sales programmes as assigned by the team head. Success will depend on DSE or above. Minimum 3 years of related experience in technical / sales field. Experience in solution‑selling approach with successful case references (a plus). Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare attractive proposals to customers. Good team player, proactive, passionate and determined in achieving targets. Energetic, well‑organized, presentable, detail‑minded and able to work independently. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. PC proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing.
