Job Description We are looking for a Shop Manager to join our team at Mei KTV. This role is essential for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. You will play a key role in executing our brand strategies and enhancing our customer experience. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Train new employees and foster a positive work environment. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of supplies. Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Marketing Initiatives: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain customers. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and provide insights to management. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Higher diploma or above in related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration. Knowledge of market trends in the entertainment industry is a plus. Immediate availability is preferred.
