Responsibilities Establish and enhance risk management and internal control procedures; provide improvement recommendations and produce periodic risk management reports. Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s overall risk management framework. Support the implementation of the risk management framework by delivering regular training and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across all business and operational units. Manage various types of risks—including insurance, financial, and operational risks—and prepare comprehensive risk analysis reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. Conduct investigations on risk-related topics as requested by management. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant business disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, or SOA. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in risk management or audit within the insurance, financial services, or advisory sectors, including at least 4 years at a supervisory level. Solid knowledge of enterprise risk management or financial risk management, with a strong understanding of risk practices specific to the insurance industry. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, pragmatic, proactive, and capable of working independently. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
