Our Intact Lab in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join the AI Engineering team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Break down business requirements into technical sub-tasks with clear technical acceptance criteria and effort estimation. Lead and coach junior team members in various development and technical activities. Work independently on technical implementation tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of a website or interface. Collaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers. Create prototypes and mock-ups of websites or applications. Work with graphics and other designers to determine the website's layout. Employ a strong analytical mind, curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for delivering the best user experience. Here’s what you bring to the table: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with React front-end frameworks (a plus for Angular or Vue.js). Experience with asynchronous programming. Experience with Git, Github & GitLab, version control systems. Experience building and publishing frontend packages. Experience with automated frontend unit testing. A plus: experience hosting a web server on AWS (e.g., knowledge of AWS EC2, ECS, ECR, ALB, Docker). Understanding of web performance optimization techniques & layout aesthetics. Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Some nice‑to‑haves: Experience with Service‑Oriented Architecture, Microservices. Experience with API design, implementation, lifecycle, and OpenAPI/Swagger specification.
