SuccessFactors Specialist

SuccessFactors Specialist (2 years contract) SuccessFactors Specialist will lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation at HAESL, including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Time Management, and Payroll. The role involves working with consultants and technical teams to deliver solutions for HR and Payroll operations. Responsibilities: Collaborating with HR and stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements. Work with consultants to implement and configure various SuccessFactors modules to meet HAESL’s specific needs. Support the migration of time management and payroll functions to ECP. Proactively communicate project status and escalating issues as needed. Coordinating the line managers to utilize the internal resources for project tasks. Work with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, blueprint workshops, UAT and system training. Support continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solution after go-live. Requirements: Degree in Business Studies, Information Systems or related disciplines. 5 years of project experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Experience in S/4HANA. Experience in different phases of HRMS project like training, UAT, Data Migration, and go live. Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders. Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
