Executive Assistant II (Department of Radiology) Reference No. : HKEC Application Deadline: 27 November 2025 Date of Issue: 10 December 2025 Vacancy Notification Circular No. HKEC Rank: Hong Kong East Cluster / Department of Radiology Pay: HK$19,764 to HK$24,023 per month Benefit: Up to 5% of total basic salary as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to medical teams/radiologists for daily functions. Assist in data collection, input and analysis. Perform computer operations, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Perform clerical and patient reception duties in general office including appointment booking, registration, statistics, records, data capture and inventory maintenance. Inventory control for office material. Assist in coordination for supply of department consumables/linens. Perform 24‑hour shift duties at X‑ray reception counter in Accident and Emergency Department (AED). Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s). Entry Requirements University graduates; OR Completed F.5/S.5 with: Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent. 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent. AND diploma in a specialised function. Preferred Attributes Good PC skills & knowledge in Power Point, Access and SPSS. Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility. Speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Working experience in hospital or health care settings. Experience in customer service or handling complaints. Serving Staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered. This post is time‑limited in nature.
